Week 2

June 18th: Thomas's second-week birthday! Can you believe he's already been with us for two weeks!

June 17: Father's Day

Thomas came in time to celebrate Steven's first Father's Day. We spent the day celebrating a Yankees win over the Nationals followed by a wonderful BBQ at the Thomases. 

June 11th: First week birthday

Here are photos from Thomas's first week birthday. We will take them weekly, then monthly with Chuckie Bear, Steven's childhood bear. He's been re-purposed with a new outfit. 

June 9

June 9: Visitors and Call me Maybe.

June 8: Friday and second full day home. We had four outfit changes and his first sponge bath at home. We walked to Stanton Park for a picnic and then I had a pedicure while Steven and Thomas watched soccer at Union Pub. I was asked twice today when the baby is due. Neat.

June 7

Thursday we walked to the pediatrician's and enjoyed Thomas's first full day home.

A break in the park

June 6: Home

Here are photos from Thomas's trip home. We left the hospital June 6th and felt like we were breaking out of jail. I sat with Thomas in the backseat and loved watching his face for the whole journey home. His outfit is courtesy of Judy and Garry and while it's a bit big, we couldn't think of a more appropriate outfit to bring him home.
